1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GlobalTimeTablePro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes only.

2. License Types

Professional License

Valid for one (1) educational institution
Up to 5 concurrent users
Installation on up to 10 devices
Annual subscription required

Enterprise License

Valid for multiple campuses/branches
Unlimited concurrent users
Unlimited device installations
Custom contract terms

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
Transfer the Software to any third party
Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary legends
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
Circumvent or disable any security features

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. GlobalTimeTablePro retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights with respect to the Software.

5. Updates and Maintenance

GlobalTimeTablePro may provide updates, bug fixes, and improvements to the Software. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any such updates. Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Software (timetables, teacher information, etc.). GlobalTimeTablePro does not claim ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data for improvement purposes.

7. Support and Training

Support services are provided according to your subscription level. Professional licenses include email support. Enterprise licenses include priority support, phone assistance, and optional on-site training.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBALTIMETABLEPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobalTimeTablePro is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
